Expression of Interests for 2027 closed Friday 14 August 2026
2027 Booking offers will be sent to groups from Monday 31 August 2026
Booking offers will be sent to all groups confirming:
- The specific dates of your booking.
- The Terms and Conditions associated with your booking.
- A 10-working-day window to accept your offer.
If we are unable to offer you a camp during your preferred date range, we will notify you and either:
- suggest an alternative date or
- place your group on the waitlist
Missed the EOI Process?
Expressions of Interest can still be submitted after the booking window has closed and at any time through out the year.
These submissions are added directly to our waitlist.
