Expressions of Interest are now open for 2027 camps and excursions at Birrigai Outdoor School

This process enables  us to deliver more camps across the year through smarter, more efficient scheduling.

Submit Your Expression of Interest (Monday 20 July to Friday 14 August 2026)

Complete the Expression of Interest form by Friday 14 August 2026

• Nominate your preferred date ranges (e.g., first half of Term 1, second half of Term 1, etc.).
• Identify if your camp is part of the free camps initiative (ACT public primary schools only).

Note: All forms submitted by the deadline have equal consideration.

Booking offers sent (from Monday 31 August 2026)

Booking offers will be sent to all groups confirming:

• The specific dates of your booking.
• The Terms and Conditions associated with your booking.
• A 10-working-day window to accept your offer.

If we are unable to offer you a camp during your preferred date range, we will let you know and you will be put on a wait listing, or we may suggest an alternative date.

Birrigai Outdoor School is fully booked for school camps and excursions for the remainder of 2026.
